Students volunteer at Global Links, a Pittsburgh-based non-profit. Their work helps support Global Links' mission of sharing surplus from the US healthcare system to support health programs globally and locally. Last year, students sorted through 9,000 needles/syringes that were then shipped to communities in need and used to vaccinate 9,000 people.
